Kevin and Candy left on Thursday. We dropped them off at the airport then drove home to pick up the kids and take them back to the resort. We had a blast in the fun pool, went to Breckenridge to explore the town, and went on some hikes. We stayed in Grand Lodge Resort at Peak 7, and there were some trails right out our door. The kids loved it, and so did we.
Grandma and Papa Curry came with us as well.
I love the history of Breckenridge. We went to the visitors center and explored, then also went to the Edwin Carter museum. That was very interesting, but with 3 small children it didn't last very long.
They had the neatest artifacts. I love it more than the kids did.
And fun pioneer dress ups.
I think the kids loved the Rocky Mountain Cupcakes best. This is just outside the cupcake store. My eyes are closed. :) Oh well! All in all, a GREAT week.
