Pictures!

Here are a few pictures from our recent photo shoot with Aunt Molly.  This session was better.  It is always a plus to have light when you want to take family photos.  Who'd o' thunk?  I love this one of Sadie running away from her siblings.  Everyone was acting crazy, and she was pictured out!
I was only planning on taking some shots of Molly and the kids, but Mom grabbed the camera and I reluctantly agreed to a few pictures despite the fact that my hair was pulled back into a pony tail.  I love this picture, I'm so glad she took it!
This is one of my favorites of Molly and the kids.  It wasn't the best time of day, the sun was already low in the sky, and so the shadows bug me a bit....I'm learning, though, and that is great.  I am discovering I always tilt my camera to the right.  Weird.
This one is adorable!  I love it.  Nicole is picking her nose.
This is another fun one.  Little praying children.
And although this is a blurry shot of Mom and Molly, I love it.  *Sigh*  We are so blessed.

  1. Hey Elaine, awesome pics !!! :) I love them!
Also, wanted to say, that pic in front of the barn is one of my faves - and i love the shadows !! I've always loved shadows in pics... that time of day, when the sun is going down, just gives me a really good feeling...and the shadows totally reflect that feeling...the beauty of nature, the earth turning and the sun's rays, warmth and comfort, time to wind down...i just love everything about it !! Shadows are nice, in my opinion. :)
Keep up the great work !! :) Xoxox

  2. Thanks, Sophie. I like shadows too, but only certain kinds. :) Thanks for your support. I love that time of day too....I love the goldenness of it! It's so warm! That particular shadow seems to large and dominating in my eyes. It's not terrible, but if I could change it, I would. :) Love you@!
